torque specs for little bolts on weld magnums?

I'm pulling off the inner piece of the wheel to powder coat and I can't seem to find the torque specs for them anywhere. Anybody know them?

20 ft/lbs with Red locktite and always use the alternating torque sequence.

24 ft lbs with a drop of red loctite -- i take these apart all the time and that info is directly from Weld that i got

lol, funny how we are all in the same ballpark but still different
