Icon2 Does anyone stitch weld there engine bay

wondering if anyone takes factory seem sealer out of the engine back and stitch weld it to give re enforcement and a raw mean look. also in those areas does it flex to much to not have seam sealer? post pics you guys

stitch welding is a way of reinforcing the seam. I'm in the process of attempting to do this on my 95 civic hatchback. I'm also going to try and get it the interior done as well. for my bay I'm hf blasting it so i can get rid of all the crap properly.

You can weld those seems but you need to do it on a frame alignment rack.

There are some people in Japan who do it alot and it does help with chassis stiffness. How ever if you don't do it correctly you can twist the Frame and ruin the chassis.
