I'm 20 years old...I live in West Virginia and I'm an aircraft structural maintenance mechanic "sheet metal mechanic" for the Air Force. I got into the Honda/Acura Scene in 2009. I bought a Black 97 integra ls with 160k for 2 grand. It had a few mods...short ram, lowered, rims....

Plans for the car:

Black swap for the interior
Full suspension redone
Full Exhaust, Headers,Short Shifter....All Bolt-ons
Full paint job with new rims
Full ls build w/boost around 10psi
In the future...maybe a J series swap

Car was painted by my friend Pete Perez. I recommend him to anyone and he stands behind his work. Picture is of how the car sits now, i sold the suspension that came with the car, bought some tikico blue with skunk2 coilover sleeves, purple asr subframe brace, purple blox lca, skunk2 front camber kit, megan racing headers and full exhaust. Also bought some candy apple red rota slips with falken ziex 512 tires mounted and balanced.

 

color of body and rims are niceeeeee ... what else u plan on doing or r u done for now? btw did u ever think of a right hand drive conversion since u work with metal?

 

plans right now are to do a full ls build head and block port and polished, sleeved, then boost at 10 psi...I'm also finishing up interior and I have the car back over at my friend's place being de-badge bit I'm keeping the side moulding on...I like how it looks...I have thought about it but right now I don't have the time, I work 9 hour shift of duty and I'm also going to college for 3 hours everyday...trying to get that education! I'll post interior pics when I get it back from my friend....hopefully the car will be ready for the east coast meet in Richmond VA on the 29th of May

Thanks man, I believe it's the only teg on the east coast with this color...I love it and superman is the theme for this build...and this car was a piece of trash when I bought it, previous didn't take care of it, the kid over torque everything that he modded...I have to cut the lca with a die grinder w/ a cut-off wheel to remove the bolts, i had to buy full interior from Honda ...pricey but everything is mint! Body and paint alone is 3 grand

lmao....suspension is only purple (needed something that would stand out)...more of a superman theme car with the ebp paint red rims and gold lugs...

 

Got a few parts in today from UPS while i was at the base...just waiting on my friend to de-badge and respray my teg...skunk2 front camber kit, NRG short hub, NRG quick release, and Personal Wood grain steering wheel. Also picked up a B18b1 head for $30 dollars off of a friend that blew a hole in the side of his block...came with all internals and cams, but ill be replacing them with new brain crower internals...

Well its been awhile since I have been on here. I've done a few things to the car and I just recently went to the East Coast Honda Meet in Richmond VA. Order an exedy stage 1 clutch w/ pressure plate. I got my hands on a JDM GSR swap w/roughly 65k miles on it. Also got a few rolling pics and interior pic with my personal woodgrain steering wheel!

 

SMALL UPDATE: Car is over at my friend's place, outside being touch-up and engine being sprayed. swap will be going in soon....ill post pics throughout the whole process.

how you like working on the C130? We had them at the base but that was before I enlisted.

 

honestly i've only flown on it once. I was a KC135 boom operator when I was enlisted.
I'm in Nav school now and I'll finish in September

 

What do you know about AIrcraft mechanics? My bro used to do those stuff but didn't like it. = (
