Icon2 91 Integra with a 95 motor swap

I just bought a 91 Integra with a 95 Integra motor in it. I have alredy had to replace the TPS and the map sensor. Now the car is running EXTREMELY RICH and the smell of gas is so bad it makes your eyes water. Can someone please give me some hints or tips on how to fix this problem? Thank you.

no check engine lights (but that doesn't mean much, with the crap i've found on this car, the bulb could be blown) the turn signals keep shorting out too. And I have no idea what kind of ECU it has, there is no stickers on it and it's about 1/2 the size of a P30. I've never seen an ECU like it before. I don't know much about cars, but I do know a little from my exhusband who was into honda/acura, I can work on them but I cannot diagnose them. I really need to get this car running decently, it's my only means of transportation for me and my 2 toddlers

oh, and it's NON-VTEC. in case that helps. and I was told that at some point before I bought the car it had a turbo on it which was running only about 4lbs of boost (so i'm told). and supposedly it has Eagle rods and AE pistons. Thank you for any help you can give.

Make sure you don't have a fuel leak, then depending on what/how the car is wired, use a different ecu to test the fuel mapping, 91 integra uses a PR4 (recommended), but a PM6 or PM8 would work for testing purposes. These ecu are fairly cheap and they're everywhere.

will those recommended ECU's work even though the motor is from a 95 integra? it's the B18B1(or 2) motor.

I'm pretty sure whoever did the swap used the 91 distributor off of the old engine; so it's still OBD0. The non-VTEC integra 90-93 uses the B18A1 and 94+ uses a B18B1, almost all of the components are identical, so yes it the PR4 will definitely work. but like I said the PM6 and PM8 would be used for testing purposes. (just to see that it runs leaner with a different ECU)

Thank You, I'll look for one of those ECUs and test it.
