95 honda prelude ignition cylinder problems!

I ignition cylinder went bad. can you replace just the cylinder with out replacing the ignition lock assembly?

No, you have to replace it as a whole. If you want to keep the same key, you can take the new cylinder to a locksmith and have it re-keyed to your old keys.
