Default Fixing dented fender...

I have a 91 civic Dx and the driver's side fender has a dent (about 4 inches long). The paint isn't damaged and there does not appear to be a crease the the metal. Is there an easy way to "pop" this out with out taking it to a body shop? I would assume to use a heat gun on the paint so it is not damaged, but I am not sure. Any help would be great!

No input? Searched, couldn't find anything. If you got a DIY write up, post it!
