ok i got a 91 crx si and its got the zc in it and is runing a 92-95 intake manifold. the car was runing fine and now when it gets to operating temp the car starts to run like crap it will miss and the tach jumps a bit. no check engine light or codes. ive aready got a new dist. i changed the fuse box, relays under dash, tryed another ecu. this thing has me stuck. its my brothers car and i cant find the issue. it seems to have good fuel pressure. ive checked over everything i can think of. its just weird how it only happens when it gets to normal temp. any help will help. thanks
Did you remove all of the obd1 sensors off the intake manifold? You need to install the obd0 sensors onto the intake manifold....unless your car is converted to obd1.
Did you accidentally switch the IAT and IACV plugs? They fit each other perfectly. Are you using an obd1 fuel rail with the obd1 manifold?

yeah it has obd1 manifold and fuel rail. and i relocated the map from the firewall to the type on the manifold. but the IAT is obd1 also is the tps etc. NOTE: its got obd0 injectors

it idles fine and runs fine but when it gets to operating temp it starts to stumble inconsistantly. and tach jumps a bit. and it dies sometimes.

I was thinking the same thing but whats got me is that it only does it after the car is at oppreating temp. mabe the fuel pump or injectors? but if it was those uasuly it will start messing up right away not 10min later
Bad fuel pumps tend to fade as the warm up.
I had a mini van that would run great for about 10 minutes, then quit. 20 minutes later it would run long enough to get me home again. New fuel pump fixed the issue.

Perhaps some of the sensors are wired in wrong? (i'm a noob, but something close has been hapening on my car) Try unplugging a few of the sensors 1 at a time and see if it flashes the right code.
I know i the o2 sensor wire hooked into the coolant sensor on accident and it would start up rough and once it warmed up would run a bit better.
Just my $0.00002

thanks but i know for sure everything is hooked up right. the car was running strong and no problems at all. iam going to pick a part to pull out a fuel pump im sure its that. iam going to let the car warm up and when it acts up iam going to test the current on the pump wires.

the only thing that was changed was the plug wires. my brother got some big *** ones off ebay and i told him not to use them but he did. and the dist coil got burnt out so i rebuilt the dist and i changed the o-rings under the rocker cuz it was leaking a bit. and thats all i can think of. it has a rebuilt zc new fuel filter etc. i thought the rocker o-rings were ok to reuse but wrong. so thats all that was done.
