Is this a 99 Si Wing?
I'm sick of people trying to screw me and pass off an 01 EX wing as an si wing, It's happened TWICE so far.. So from the pictures i can't really tell if it's an actual Si wing. I'll let you guys decide.

Easy way to answer even though I can't see pics either (yeah, I know the thread's old, but might as well be answered):
All '99-'00 Civic coupe spoilers are the same.
They're roughly twice as tall as the '96-'98 coupe spoiler or '99-'00 sedan spoiler (the sedan spoiler being more pointy than the coupe spoiler mentioned). The '96-'98 sedan spoiler has a third leg under the LED in the middle.
'99-'00 coupe spoilers have the CIVIC logo embossed on the underside of the spoiler,under the LED. It looks the same as the Civic logo on the trunk.
'96-'98 coupe spoilers do not have this logo at all. I believe '01-'05 Civic spoilers have a embossed logo, but it's the later style logo that you'd find on those cars' trunks.
