Default Removed air resonator, now leaking water - What's goin on?

So I took out the air resonator from my 95 accord for the usual reasons (more sound & air). Now whenever the engine runs, water drips from the muffler. This has never happened before, and it's a not just a few drops, it leaves a visible trail behind. I'm really worried and now I'm thinking about putting the air resonator back in. Any ideas what's causing this?

Yes, it's water, and it's fine.

By product of combusion is water. There is "always" water in the exhaust system. Maybe you just didn't notice it. Or maybe you exhaust is getting old (internal rot) and the water is just flowing out "easier" than before when it was newer.

IMO, nothing to do with the airbox.
