iv'e got a 97 ls and the radio antenna does not want to go up it is causing poor radio signal any info if it has a fuse or if i should just get a digital antenna instead

 

i think every integra/ honda with these antanas has issues frequently. get a new one. the plastic drive belt that raises the antana breaks often. then when you start your car you hear a farting sound. if you dont hear the farting sound then you either got a bad antana motor or a wiring issue.
