honda part question

I need part # 16722-PM5-A02, but was wondering why it was so damn expensive(60 bucks and up). Is there a place to get it for cheap, or another part i can use? Also is A02 bigger than the A01?

i have no clue what part that is but either get it from the junk yard or go aftermarket...!!!
