Icon2 How to make 16x8 0 offset 205/45/16 fit EJ7?

As thread title states:

How could I make these wheels fit my Civic?
I have camber kit front/rear and coilovers all round.

Pics of my car for reference (Coilovers are down all the way :/)
Wheels in the pics are my current crap...

Please keep negative comments to yourself.
