will a high flow cat from a 95gs-r fit a 96 gs-r? Y/N?

Default will a high flow cat from a 95gs-r fit a 96 gs-r? Y/N?
I thought the 94-95 gs-r was obd1 and the 96-97 was obd2. Not sure if the high flow cats are the same length.
