i was checking my fuses ad my starter signal fuse does not work i checked the fuse with my test light and when i put my dmm on the leads my meter reads o volts...... the funny thing is im not having any problems starting my car what do you think?

 

I think that you need to check it with the key turned to the crank position.

 

If your car starts fine then what the hell are you doing?
