Default Head gasket problem

I currently own a 94 civic with a d15b vtec engine. I recently blew 2 head gaskets in the space of two days. Any suggestions on what could be the cause of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not cleaning out the bolt hole good enough, not torquing bolts right, not re-torquing after a couple heat soaks, junk head gaskets.

probably you have a warped head or deck. did you get a valve job or take the head to the machine shop to be inspected? this is a must when ever you do the valve job. also replace the head bolts too. this is recommended when you buy the gasket for a reason. they do stretch sometimes. better safe than sorry. also i personally recommend dealer head gaskets. yes i know they are a whole 30 bucks more but i sleep better and my cars run for a fey years before i have to do them again...if i ever do. and of course what nothing shocking said is also true. as is the torque wrench you used. was the torque wrench calibrated correctly? has it been stored in a very well manner? or banged around in a tool box and dropped often? mine are in a foam padded drawer in my box with other sensitive tools

Thanks for the help guys. I had 2 head bolts that were damaged. Will change all the head bolts and see what happens from there.

absolutely check the deck and head for warpage at this point, despite your findings about the bolts. this can be accomplished with a legitimate straightedge and feeler gauge, but ideally it should be perfectly flat with the straightedge.
