Well what mods do you have or plan on adding in the near future? I'm running a stage one and it works good for me. I'm only running bolt-ons with some higher compression pistons.

if you like to go racing and have less than 220-240whp the exedy stage 1 is perfect. the oem replacement they make will hold fine in most all motor apps but won't live as long as a 1 if you're dropping the clutch, doing burnouts and driving hard. the plate, disc and tb are considerably stronger in the stage 1 and less likely to fly apart.

If you're planning on boost I would be looking at stage 2 or 3 depending on how much boost you plan on running.

this is true, a boosted car is going to need more clutch. the exedy 2 seems to live around 300hp and is much easier to drive than those on/off switch iron/copper metal clutches popularly marketed as stage 3 or 4. twin disc really is the way to go for a high hp street car, it's the best of both worlds.

Stage one is a little more fun imo, my friend has one is his teg which has the same mods as mine and his is a lil more fun to drive. I guess it will last longer too according to others. I dunno about a stage 2, seems a bit much from what I have heard tho.
