I have a d16z6 in my 91 ef si.

When I give the car a decent amount of pedal (gas) it bogs down and holds itself back until about 2500 rpm.

I just cleaned the FITV, i bled the coolant, changed spark plugs, changed oil. Did a successful compression test.

Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what else might be wrong?
