93 hatch wheel bearing, how to?
Someone know if they sell the full hub assembly or do I just replace the bearing itself, and also need helps with the steps of how to change it... Don't wanna do it wrong lmao.
you could pick up a new knuckle, but i just took mine off in 30 minutes, pressed in a new bearing and pressed in a new ball joint's while i was at it..
pop the wheel off, take of the caliper assy by removing the two 17 or 18mm bolts, remove the rotor, loosen the outer tie rod, lower ball joint, and upper ball joint nuts. and if you have an impact it makes removing the 32mm axle nut soo much easier..
if you have a small sledge handy, i use that to pop my ball joints loose, rather then smackin the **** out of my knuckle with a hammer.
from there it pretty much pops off..i'd rather pay the $60 it cost for pressing 2 ball joints and one bearing, then to deal with that myself

60 bucks huh that would be nice.... I just got quoted 98.02 for the wheel bearings and 86.75 for labor to install the wheel bearings in the front.... only my front left is bad...
