Default which clutch should i use for my gsr?

HI there everyone i was wondering which clutch should i use for my gsr. my mods are intake, header, muffler, stage 1 cams. let me know which clutch is the best to use for these mods and wat brand, and stage should i use. thanks.

OEM Acura Integra TypeR clutch is the best. Unless you are tracking your car, you don't need a stage whatever.

If you are on a budget, just go on ebay and search integra exedy clutch. Get the factory clutch kit.

probably could get away with type r and its liter flywheel. i just got a stage 2 and light flywheel. pretty much like stock just a lil dif. thats just my opinion

will the exedy clutch grab better than my oem and is it the same as itr's? thnks.

the exedy is not oem, fuji carbon is oem. the exedy oem replacement clutch is very similar to the fuji but has a shittier throw out bearing. you can get the exedy/fidanza combo from gripforce for under 300 if you would like to shave some weight off the nose of your car and make the car a little faster to rev match. the exedy stage 1 is also a reinforced organic disc that holds up to track use quite a bit better with lower hp applications, like under 240hp. finally, the gsr and type r have the same clutch, the R just uses a slightly lighter flywheel stock.
