I have a 2003 Acura RSX Base and someone is offering me a great deal on some koni shocks and H&R springs off his 03 Civic SI. Will these fit onto my RSX with no problems? Please let me know and provide any help if possible. I'm about to buy these but want to make sure, thanks.

 

yes they will fit. the 05-06 rsx springs are wound in different directions so you luck out

 

Ok so the shocks fit fine as well? Im worried about the shocks. They are koni yellows

I believe they will work. I remembering hearing you need to modify struts to go from rsx to ep but not the other way around.

Is the seller local? I'd make sure they fit before buying.

 

I think if you have an rsx and your putting on the ep struts, the front you have to get ep tie rod, and the rear you might need washers where the strut connects to the control arm. Cause the bushing of the rear for the ep is smaller/narrower than the rsx. Hence people with ep3 has to grind down that part if they use the the rsx struts.
