Where exactly is the horn located in a 95 Civic EX?

Where exactly is the horn located in a 95 Civic EX?
I cant seem to find the actual horn in my 95 EX. Im sure its near the front bumper, what side and where exactly should I look?
Maybe my car is missing a horn which is the reason the horn doesnt function?

or just pop the hook and feel around behind the latch area. you will find it.
better yet put your ear rite in that area and tell your friend for go for it inside your car.
