Default Squeaky Clutch???

When i shift from 1st to 2nd from around 4-5k rpms, sometimes i'll get a slight squeak, it's always seems to be the same length in duration and it's soon as i'm letting the clutch in. I kinda doubt it's the passenger side tire squeaking (tho it is going bald) but it's just the STD 1.5, so I highly doubt it's the tire, but it's coming from that side of the vehicle. Anyone have any ideas? Do clutches squeak?

P.S. I just came in from outside, and was trying to get it to duplicate the squeak in different gears (mostly in first, engaging the clutch slowly at different rpms) and i couldn't get it to squeak, then took off from a light and went into second and "squeak"...what the hell? Could it be the tire? What else could be squeaking, it's rather high pitched.

Thanks in advance for any info!

Pop your hood and have someone depress clutch...check passenger side, tranny area, where cable is attached...
