Ok, wait.

If that's true, you're telling me the ITR is meant to be a straight line beast?

I bet a B16 powered ITR would roll most of you on the track.

no no no, its just that the b18c5 is all hand ported by only two guys at honda, it got traits the other engines don't and is a sought after peice of the honda line-up. Without the B18C5 the R would only be 1/4 a car that it is now. 10k is the trademark of the ITR and it should stay that way IMOP

Your ITR head was rebowled by a machine. They stopped doing it by hand, because the machines were better and more efficient.

If the ITR did not have a different chassis, I'd be driving a RS that owns all ITRs. Well even with the RS chassis you could still own ITRs easily. I guess I didn't buy into the "prestige" factor of the ITR. Regardless of what makes it "special" it's still a damn Integra.

What is 10k?

It has an ITR intake manifold.

It's not a GSR motor.

Oh, but it could be a GSR block with a B16 head... get real. The previous owner of that car was obviously a dumbass and there is no way he/she had the skills to remove the B18C5.

It's all preference.

I'm just trying to point out that even if this car had a B20, I wouldn't rule it out as a candidate for a project car.
