Icon3 Help!!..Eg Coupe Steering Gone Crazy

Well heres the story ive got a 95 ex coupe and i blew the z6 up so i swaped a d15b7 in for now so i took the P/S pump off for like 4 days..Everything was good steering was good...And then i put the P/S pump back on and the steering is so sloppy and the wheels go different ways like the driver wheel goes left and the passenger wheel goes right and throws the car out of control...I was thinking the rack went bad? i took the pump off and looped the lines and its even worse....Help me its my DD...Ive got a P/S Rack out of 94 integra will it bolt right in? Thanks
