removing my rear bumper
Open the trunk, remove the tail light covers, then remove the nuts holding the tail lights (should be 4 for each light), remove a little screw located there. Go under the rear bumper, remove the clips holding the bumper to the chassis, also remove the screws that hold the edge of the bumper to the 1/4 panel (near the wheels), possibly you may have mud flaps, you need to undo the screws that hold the mud flaps to the chassis. Remove the side markers or disconect them once the bumper is out. Bumper needs to slide away from the car.
You won't need to remove the taillights to get the bumper off. Remove the clips along the top of the bumper, then the screws at the front corner in the wheel well. there are a couple clips underneath the car holding it to the body. Just slide it rearward and disconnect the sidemarkers.
