Does anyone know so some good sites where i can find some 16x9 wheels with a bolt pattern of 4x100? I plan on getting these for my ek pretty soon an i just wanna see some options. Ohh an with an offset of around 25.

Schmidt makes 16x9 in 4x100 but those are more for the vw crowd. Most people running that size are using ccw wheels which are custom sized and custom offset to your desire. Very pricey though.
Just to for-warn you that is going to look really stupid on a ek and to pull it off right you are going to have to seriously roll/pull your fenders or run flares. Hope your ready to invest $2500+ in wheels, camber kits, and undersized tires.

 

There's only a couple manufacturers out there that readily have the size you're looking for. Sadly, they're either knock-off wheels, expensive, or hard to get in the states.

There is no tire size that can be mounted safely on 16x9 wheels and used on a '96-00 Civic.
