Default fuel pump

So i dont know if this is an issue or not, i dont work with fuel pumps very often. but even when my car is off, my fuel pump hums every 5-10 mins. i just need to know if this is something to worry about or not.

I'm pretty sure its the fuel pump, i don't think i have anti-lock brakes equipped.

Pop the gas cap and use a pencil to open the metal part of the filler neck and listen to see if it is the fuel pump to be sure. I don't think it is suppose to do that, you might have a circuit problem, but wait around to see what another more experienced honda guy says.
