are you considering installing a used hub bearing? i would advise against doing that, even to save some money.

hondapartsunlimited.com
if parts are hard to find in your area (or don't get along with the local dealership parts department...) check out this link. you can order the bearing online have have it shipped to your front door.

and yes, the Si should be the same as the EX according to the site.

no, i was just thinking of replacing the hub assembly cuz I heard it was cheaper and alot easier...it would be okay to do that wouldn't it?

i'm thinking the whole hub is going to cost at least twice what the bearing it self would. once you're in there it won't save much effort anyway.

I'm having this same problem with my 1993 hatch... the front wheel bearing is out and my mechanic told me that often times if the bearing goes, then you HAVE to replace the whole assembly, needless to say all he works on is American cars... But, I would think the Ideals would be universal... I don't know whether to just replace the bearing or just do the whole hub assembly... He is stressing to do the whole assembly, which he said would be like over 300 bucks in parts and labor :/ So..
