the struts(not sure the exact name) are blown. Go to autozone or any parts store and buy some new ones. Get a bat to hold it up for a temporary fix

i have a piece of stick to hold mine up...get used to holding it up with one hand until you get those shocks...amazing how you get use to it real quick and hold every hb with one hand....
