Default Spoon carbon seat quesion??

I installed a pair of Spoon carbon seat today with the Spoon rail. I found out that the Spoon rail makes a lot of noise when I am sitting on the seat. I think the rail itself isnt very good. Do u have the same problem with Spoon rail...THANK U

They're not designed for comfort or daily driving.

They're designed to hold you in place in competition situations.

I say bucket seats are very comfortable myself - a lot more comfortable than the OEM seat imo. How comfortable a bucket seat is depends on the individual I suppose.

I can drive about 3 hours in mine before I have to get out and stretch. I just recently did a 2500 km trek in my car with the bucket seat and had no leg cramps, or back pain. My butt hurt a bit - but that's just from sitting down so long. How you sit in the seat is very important - most people sit too far away from the streering wheel - if you sit closer it's less tiring.

If the Spoon rail makes a lot of noise (what kind of noise?) - try lubing it or tightening the fasteners more.

I wouldn't take the vibration or noise as unusual. You'd probably expect that from a lightweight seat that has little noise dampening material. That's compared to stock of course. My friend has Sparco Evos in his EG and you feel every bump. But, I guess some people like that type of feel to their car.

Also, Spoon seats were created to fasten small JDM bodies.
