Default after warmed up, takes a long time to start, rough idle

hey guys. i'm gonna try to give you as much information as i can. i've had a thread going on TI and still have not found an answer after 6 pages. getting desperate now.

1995 RS
130k miles
B18B1
5 speed

mods:
AEM intake
Ebay header
catless
ebay exhaust
Avid torque mounts
Del Sol Si radiator w/ AC fan removed
ac removed
Power steering belt cut off(damn the previous owner for not finishing the job)

problem: i do delivery, so it really really sucks that this is my problem. after driving around and or even just letting it idle for a few minutes after being cold, if i turn it off and go to try to turn it back on within a short period of time, it either takes about 10-15 seconds of cranking to start or starts right up, but both times when it starts it idles at about 200 rpms. touching the gas does nothing unless i hold it then it revs up and stays at 2000 rpms. then when i start driving it, it feels great until i put the gas down all the way, then it bogs for a second then takes off. i dont think it's the timing because when left overnight, it starts up instantly and runs great.

things i have fixed, in chronological order:
flushed coolant
cleaned IACV
new plugs
new wires
new cap
new rotor
new coil
new fuel filter
lots of fuel injector cleaner(not all at once of course, but have tried a few times)
distributor failed, so had to replace the whole assembly
new main relay
rebuilt the starter
checked timing belt
cleaned FITV

i am running out of things to replace haha. i'm going to try a few more things, and after that i'm just gonna have to get a b20.

any ideas are welcome and appreciated!

good question! forgot to mention that. absolutely no codes. and i know the CEL works because the dummy light comes on when i start the car. idk about the tps sensor. is there a way to check it? and the throttle cable SHOULD be ok. it does it's job.
