Default 96-98 99-00 part difference

I'm trying to figure out if there is a difference between the zenki and kouki front bumper stiffeners...anyone know for sure??? Thanks!

I was thinking that too, but after going from a 98 hatch to a 99-00 front the bumper still wants to sag a hair under the headlights...I wonder if my bumper stiffeners are just bent from the wreck? The thing is though, we've adjusted and bent the stiffeners all around and still can't seem to get it right...

i took mine out after my first fender bender havent had them in since the only thing i see is a little bit of a gap diference under the headlights
