Default need your help

ok i have searched and searched and still dont know my answer. so dont tell me i need to search. so here is my question. im in the process of building my B18C1 for my del sol and need to know what cams i should run for best result. it will be my daily driver so i can park the WRX. but i want it to be a all around fun car. here are the current mods, or parts that i have purchased already:

Eagle crankshaft
Type-R pistons
Type-R rods (balanced and shot peened)
ARP rod bolts
68 mm TB
S2 IM
MSD 8.5 wires
Megan header (i know will be replacing when i get the chance)
Greddy catback
Generic cold air
Supertech dual valvesprings/retainers/locks

parts im going to buy:
high flow cat
fuel pump if needed
cam gears
injectors if i need them
AEM hybrid intake
FPR

so what cam would you run for mid range power. also what head gasket? im stuck on those 2 things as of right now.
im also looking at getting the TB/Manifold/header matched to the head!
and thanks for any input

This is just my opinion, it looks like you're doing a mild build and want more mid range power than top end, if that's the case, I would suggest BC3 cams and a stock or Felpro head gasket HG.

although im not a fan of these cams but if mid range is what your looking for with the compression you will have i say skunk2 pro1 and i would ditch those msd wires and get ngk no real need for the msd wires and you will need injectors

What are you going to use to tune this? Hondata, Crome, Neptune?
Since it is a basic mild build. BC3+ would be a good cam, stronge mid range or maybe Pro1's.
Make sure your skunk2 IM is a Pro not the old one.
310cc injectors should be fine for you build. No need for the FPR.
Why Eagle crank?

yea ill be using Hondata to tune. yea the IM is the pro series. but im going to have the IM matched to the head along with the TB, and header. but i got the Crank for like $80. and since i spun a bearing on my stock on, and it was just cheaper to get the Eagle on. more of it just kinda dropped in my lap at the right moment. Also do you think the valvetrain that i have will be able to handel these's cams as a DD?

You got an Eagle crank for $80. Good deal, interesting I thought I came across a thread by omni in which he had to spend nearly $300 to get an Eagle crank into specs. Can't find it sorry.
But make sure who ever is doing the work checks all the specs.
Supertech is a good brand. Which springs, I believe they have two different sets of springs?
I think the S2S3 is a bit large for a DD but if your tuner is very very good and knowledgeable with these cams you should be ok as a DD.
I personally would go with a bit smaller cam for DD. But that just my 2 cents.

yea the turner that im working with is also my Subie turner. he was in the Honda game before he really jumped into Subies. but he really knws hs stuff. and the way he builds subie motors is amazing. so i trust him with out a doubt. since Subies are so damn finiky! but i feel the cam is a lil much also for a DD but i dont think i can pass up the deal. hell if anything it just lets me be ready for more N/A power in the long run.

They are not a good cam for you. I wouldn't go past the skunk 2 stage 2, Pro 1's, Jun 3, Blox C's, Blox B's, Buddy Club 3's, Rocket Motorsports M22x's, Toda B's. Any of those cams will work well for you. If you only buy what you get a good deal on, you'll end up with a motor that doesn't work as well as it could have but "was a good deal".
