I came across this while surfing the web. I want to know if anyone had also done this or something like this. If so, I would like to know how you did it, I assume it can only be done to multi-piece rims (2 piece, 3 piece, etc). post up any customized rims that had turned into a deep dish. TIA.

 

Those are MF-48's, the extremely rare version of CF-48's. Those aren't custom barrels, they're the originals.

pretty sure you can buy blank lips and have them drilled to your specific bolt pattern on your wheel.

 

Wow really? I thought they were custom. I love my VX 13inch rims and I was thinking if its possible to customize the barrels. can any one post more photos of those MF-48 rims? any more info?

Note the fact that the MF-48's are multi-piece, where as the CF-48's are not.


PS. Talk to Opossum Jenkins about widening your wheels. If it can be done, he would be able to do it.
