Low idle after exhaust install

Low idle after exhaust install
I recently put a ApexI World Sport on and it seems the car idles really low, almost stalling out. This in turn is causing the exhaust to rattle terribly at the muffler. I have a 94 Coupe with the d15b7. I've tried resetting the ecu and checked the timing and nothing has helped.
