Competition Clutch Stage 4 with lightened flywheel. Its about $500 for the set. This was straight from the competition clutch website too when I bought it. Im sure you can save a bit and find it elsewhere but I was in a rush when buying mine.

This is what I run on my R and I make 450whp. Love it

 

price and performance don't really go hand in hand. an exedy twin disc would be the best if you drive in traffic. if you just need grip either of the above will work
