Default uneven ride height

I have looked and found one thread that relates to my problem, but there isn't an answer I can use...I have a 94 Accord wagon, and just got done installing Tein S-Tech springs and Koni adjustable shocks. The issue is the ride height; it is a full inch lower on the driver's side, both front and rear. I believe that the ride height will be determined by the springs, and Tein is not some crappy product, so what's up? I will probably swap the strut/spring assemblies from right to left next weekend to see if the difference transfers to the other side, but it is disappointing to have any issues at all when you spend the bucks to buy the "good stuff". I am not aware of any parts in the suspension that would create this problem other than the springs. I didn't notice any bent or damaged components, no funky bushings, and the body is super clean - no rust or collision damage. So could Tein have sent me some crappy springs??
