Default mpfi double check

Just double checking, I have an '89 CRX dx auto, I wanted to switch from dpfi to mpfi, i was discouraged becauses si's dont have auto ecus(?). I was reading recent posts and I learned its possible. Just making sure Im correct, I need an Si intake manifold, and diistributor, and a DA integra auto ecu? Also i was curious if i could use some of the wiring from a '90 Accord, would obd1 not work? I assumed injectors would use the same plugs. Main reason I ask is crx parts are harder to come by in my area and I have lots of accord stuff. Thanks.

How rare are the ps9 ecus? i searched ebay and nothing, then I checked car-part.com to search the junk yards, and I only found one for $150.
