Will ITR axelback bolt to Apexi B Pipe fit?

Will ITR axelback bolt to Apexi B Pipe fit?
Currently I am running an Apexi N1 full catback on my 2001 LS, but the noise is starting to get to me and I' trying to go for a more stock look. My question is will an ITR muffler be a direct fit to the Apexi B pipe? or will I have to get some welding work done? Anyone have experience with this?
