I have the progress "b series swap" springs if you wanna buy them. They worked well and are supposed to be a little stiffer up front for the added weight of the b16

"best" doesn't give us any help.
What are you doing with the car?
If you want the "best" get some Penske's IIRC it's around 5k a set. But tailor made for your car and app.

i have a 91 hatched swapped with the b16 i bought some cheap e bay coil overs called like drop zones they dont ride to bad not to much bounce and pretty comfy ride
