Ya I know I was just thinkin how in love I am with my car haha but anyway so I got a lil work done after moving my girlfriend in an emergency move lol now her stuff is taking up half my garage
but I got the passanger side wire tuck started and tomorrow I'll try and pull the motor without a picker if my girlfriend moves her stuff into the house I'll post pics of what I got so far and before anyone asks I am just doing a mild wire tuck this is my dd and I still want heater and the good stuff and I haven't decided if I am going to shave the bay yet I may just sand everything smooth and fill some holes but I will not b tearing out the original seam sealer just gonna make it look a lil nicer I'm not gonna go all out this is my first "real" build so any pointers on the tuck and "shave" would b helpfull. Thanks guys

Hey guys I was wondering what you suggest for taking the paint downto the metal in the engine bay? Do u just sand it? Or use some sort of paint stripper and if so what brand works the best.
i see you got pink on your rims in your garage,i think someone has a crush on pink,lmao!!!j/k
i think its called aircraft stripper from advance works good. just put it on let it set then wipe or spray it off.

yes aircraft paint stripper works great for that just spray and wait about 8 min and scarp scraping the paint off might wanna do this about 2-3 times to get all the paint

Lol it's a really gross energy drink and there saying was open a can of whoop *** lol but anyway thanks guy I'll head to waally world
You might want to consider just sanding the engine bay down by hand. That aircraft stripper will go straight thru to BARE metal, including eliminating the factory baked on primer or whatever. I only say this cause i've heard some people don't like to lose that high quality base all over and just sand where need be.. obviously this will take a lot longer but that's the way most of this stuff goes anyway, lol. Do some research on the stripping stuff before you start is my advice!

Well I want to go to bare metal that way I can get a good hold on what I use to smooth out the bay. What do u guys suggest on using to smooth out the bay what substance should I use to get the "bondo" effect I want to lay it on the low spots and sand it smooth so that it looks cleaner

this is the radiator.
lol.
