code p0441 no gas tank pressure

1996 acura integra rs stock
code p0441
no gas tank pressure when i open gas cap
car seems to be running fine except stalls after sitting for 8 hours in the sun when i first start it so i have to pump the gas while cranking. But it fine in the cold mornings.
where should i start. I checked the codes and I'm unsure where to check besides vaccum leaks.
