Pre-Buy Questions: 2001 Prelude
I'm looking at buying a base model Prelude with about 95k miles on it, manual transmissions. Here are my questions:
1. How much HP/TQ can the stock internals handle before they need to be upgraded?
2. How much HP/TQ can the stock transmission handle before it needs to be upgraded?
3. I just sold my 2004 Infiniti G35X. That car was extremely expensive as far as power-to-price ratio. It did not respond very well to bolt-on mods. How is it with the 5th-Gen Preludes? Is there a lot of untapped power available?
4. Any common issues I should be aware of? (Passenger side window not rolling up all the way, trannys blowing up at 100k, fender rust, etc.)
Thanks in advance!

I have a 01 lude that I just got 2 months ago. It's super clean and had 103k miles on it. It has most bolt on mods and a 4th gen ECU and is dyno tuned. I lost the dyno graphs
else i would scan them. I go out every Friday and Saturday and don't lose much. It's not going to be the fastest car out there, but it's a luxury honda. The engine bay is really open too.
