my rear towhook is kinda bent and i just put a benen tow hook to it and it sits somewhat tilted.

do i hammer my stock one flush w/ a rubber mallet?


also does anyone use a torque wrench on their tow hooks or just hand tighten? because i can move mine up and down

how much torque on tq wrench if so or should i just tighten it as much as i can w/ a open end wrench

 

i dunno the the torque to put it at i just tried to snug mine up but it shouldnt move up and down

 

you probably not mounting it right

 

you should be able to get it tight enough with your hands, so that is doesnt move around
