I do not have the JDM Bumper Extension Bar, is there a way to cut up the USDM Crash Bar to mount the JDM Bumper Support to it? I plan on cutting the whole middle out of the USDM Bar anyway to fit my Intercooler....

According to that thread, the USDM bumper reinforcement bar bolts directly onto the JDM radiator support.

 

I know thats not my issue, if you are familiar with JDM Front's they use a support bar that the bumper clips to, that support bar has to mount to something and with the USDM Crash Bar in the car its impossible.

The method described in the tread has you cutting off the JDM support bars mounting tabs and setting it on top of the USDM piece which I do not like much.

I just did the whole thing differently mainly because I need to stuff a thick frontmount behind the bumper and there is absolutely no way to do it with a USDM Crash Bar in there... I am taking a few pics along the way it allows you to not hack up the JDM Bumper Support Bar or the Bumper but cut into the USDM Bar to mount it.... as soon as my fenders come next week I will be able to finish the job and line everything up.
