I'm looking for the best bang for the buck summer tires for an 02 Accord. They will be used for spirited DD and Autocross. Currently I'm on Yoko ES100s. The sizes I'm interested in are 195/65-15 or 205/60-15, and 215/60-15 or 225/55-15, preferably the 225 which the ES100s don't come in. Is there another similarly priced alternative with the same (or better performance) in the 225/55-15 size, or is the ES100 still the best value?
Yup. The ES100 in 205/60-15 is the stickiest street tire you can get for 15" rims on your car.
(If you want to get larger wheels, there are probably stickier options.)
Incidentally, you'll want to stick with 195/65-15 or 205/60-15. There's no such thing as 225/55-15, and even if there were, your rims are probably too narrow for it.
The Fuzion ZRi doesn't come in 15" sizes large enough for a 2002 Accord.

I have the 205/60-15s now, and I wanted to go with something a bit wider for the front. The ES100 is available in 215/60-15, and tirerack lists rim width range of 6-7.5. Those should work fine on my 6 inch wide rims, correct?
