thing is they locked up and i cant pull them out any more, is there a way to fix that? if so can u please describe the best you can and if possiblle a picture. i need to put my quarter panels back on asap so trying to do everything right n clean also if that cant be fixed let me know im going to pick your part this weekend in sun valley so that way ill know what i need to get thanks

 

figured it out for those that are having trouble or future reference, rear seatbelt has to be straight as if it was bolted, and it pulls out its in the mechanism that just needs to be alignt straight but long story short hold it straight n u got it.
