I have a brand new set of Rota HM3's that I bought in december. They are black with a candy apple blue lip, and 15's. Don't know the offset. They do not have tires on them. I have all the center caps that go with them. They are the newer style ones not the carbon look alike center caps. I paid about $550 shipped for them, and since i have had them they have only come out of the box to be looked at. I am going to put $500 obo. MSD BTM used works good for boosted apps. i have a first gen ApexI V-AFC. minor cosmetic flaws but works mint.
