Default another sluggish b16a

I have a del sol with a b16a swap, I/H/E, and regular p30 ecu, it has no check engine lights and it has run good for as long as I've had it but lately it idles really low (like it drops to 0 and barly runs) after stopping sometimes when it warms up. Its also very sluggish and underpowered I've tried a new coil, tried several ignition control mods, different plug wires, new plugs, new fuel pump and filter. I've also noticed the exhaust has changed noticably kinda sounds higher pitch then it used to. Compression also checked out pretty even like 175 175 160 180 if I remember right. I'm not sure if its relevant but it doesn't use coolant but burns a little oilin vtec but nothing too crazy. I'm not sure what to try next if anyone has any ideas let me know, thanks.

I'm definatly going to check the timing asap and injectors, I have cleaned the fitv and iacv and blead the coolant system which fixed other problems I was having at the time. Would the injectors cause bad mpg? I'm averaging very near 26mpg mostly in city right now. I recently did the timing belt also forgot to add that but it pulled well after the new belt so I'm but Im thinking it may be a possibility that it may have jumped a tooth or somthing since it was the last thing I touched (figures huh)but I'm going to have to check it out. Anyhow thanks for the input! Any other ideas are definatly appreciated also!

check your valves and adjust them if necessary, that could lead to power loss. I know it did in my d16, I was having the same problems as you. After I adjusted my valves it idled perfect and power went back to normal.

I got around to swapping the vacuum hoses, checking the injectors and at first two of them wouldn't spray so I switched them up and then they seemed to spray in a normal cone shape although I'm not sure if I should do it a different way because my method seems ghetto. I took the rail and injectors off the intake mani and zip tied the injectors on to the rail so they wouldn't pop off and had a buddy crank the motor, is there any other way? I also forgot to add that I'm plugs have a light coat of white on them, from that i'm taking that its running lean is that a fair assumption?

I changed my oil and pcv about 800 miles ago. Next is checking the timing and adjusting the valves if needed. This morning it ran decent and now its a dog, confusing but I guess it gives me somthing to do
