I am in talks with GC and they would need someone in the Sacramento, CA area to go to the shop to be the guinea pig. I would do it, but I'm in NY. Anyone here that would be up to this?
damn if i was closer i would take my insight over there. i'd be down for a set if they make them. i need something stiffer for drag racing.
Just work out what you need on your own, whats so f-ing hard? People are so dam lazy these days.....make a list on what you need so you can order all the parts you need......something like this....
strut body dia......you need a ruler for this....
total suspension travel......ruler, mesure the exposed shock shaft f&r
corner weights.........corner weight scale is the best, many shops have them but if you shop around for a fat peoples scale, they can work also.
motion ratios.....jack stands, a ruler and a jack to move the suspension one inch.......easy
upper spring purches.....this might be a little internet work, look up the part numbers of your upper stock strut tops and strut top bearings....not compair them to other hondas part #'s that GC makes kits for.....if they are truly only insight....buy one and mail it to the guys at GC
You get the above info and they most likly fix you up.

If you took the time to get the info and produced it for GC, they could assemble a kit because those are the steps they will take to make the "kit". As for the scales....no big deal, just call up your local scca chapter and ask if there is anyone that might be willing to help you out.
good luck with your project....If you are just looking for that hella flush look, just take a sawsall to your springs, you can always order some new ones from honda. No need to worry about the ride, dropping the insight will kill the handling anyway
